Nach der Bestellung einer Kamera kam eine Email mit der Bitte nach einer Kopie eines Ausweisdokuments und einer Festnetz Telefonnummer.
Nachdem ich diese Informationen widerwillig übermittelt hatte kam einige Zeit später die weitere Aufforderung eine dienstliche E-Mailadresse anzugeben.
Sorry, aber ich habe keine dienstliche Adresse und würde diese auch nicht an T-Dimensions weitergeben. Wozu benötigt man diese Info?

Frequency of post-purchase communications could be better to relieve the anxiety of spending on what was, to me anyway, a completely unknown platform, (which my VPN highlighted with a “credit card data stripper” warning - when I went back into my account to check on progress, not when I initially made the purchase).

Order both a camera and a lense separately which arrived one in a week and the other took a bit longer with a time of 2 weeks.
The products were both in perfect shape, only thing I have to criticize is that there was no security seal tape on the opening (pull tab) of the box.
Finally the only other thing to take in account is that they will ask for further personal information for "further verification", I don't know why the fact that there was your name and email on the PayPal account which matches the Login information of the website is not enough.
