My order was not delivered properly. I reported the problem to the company the next day. Instead of a quick response and solution It took a week with several emails from my end to find out what went wrong. I had to send a couple of emails to get finally an answer that you will refund for the product which was still owed to me. I am still waiting for my refund 2-3 weeks after your mistake.
I am not going to order again from your company as I find you unreliable and unprofessional. With all my good intention when something goes wrong the customer no matter the order ( a ton or a few kgs it is still an order) has the right to be informed on time and to be refunded or to get the rest of their order. The customer should never spend a week from his time to try to find out what has happened and fix the problem from your company or your associates. Kind regsrds
