I had an issue with my order, as wood ordered was out of stock, but the team - particularly Alan, went above and beyond to resolve it. Alan stepped in and made sure everything was sorted out quickly, even going the extra mile by sending additional items over the weekend to save the bbq scheduled for a day! The service was amazing, communication was spot on, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Five stars for excellent service and dedication – highly recommended

Good quality logs. I had an issue with the delivery firm that wasn’t really anything to do with logsonline but they sorted it anyway! Personally, I was really pleased with the customer service. Nice to speak to a person and not just another faceless internet supplier. Will definitely be placing an order again.

"Ordered online and paid £15 for a…"

Ordered online and paid £15 for a specific day delivery (when I was about). Got a subsequent email saying they can’t do the date and it would be delivered 48 hours later. I emailed back the same day saying I couldn’t do that, please can they make it another date and asked for 10 days later when I was home again to which emailed back and agreed to, and they returned the £15 for specific day delivery. Great. Until then I get a note from Palletways saying my consignment would be delivered on the date Logsonline originally changed (i.e. to 48 hours after the day I paid for it to arrive). I emailed Logsonline to query the email from the consignment company and Logsonline ignored me. 2 days later, logs arrive blocking my drive in front of my house, with me away and heavy rain forecast for that night. I emailed Logsonline again, asking them to collect the logs and replace them with dry logs when I was around to receive them and they’ve chosen for the past 5 days to go complete radio silence on me. I would recommend you avoid.

"Delayed delivery, delayed collection. Disappointing product."

Stone chippings were delivered eventually after three promised days when they failed to turn up. They were not as described and thus far I have had my drive blocked with two enormous bags waiting for them to be taken after three more days of promised for them to be collected. Avoid this company as their third party couriers are unreliable and dishonest.
