Ordered 7 units and 5 arrived.
Have contacted this company 5 times with different promised dates for the missing 2 units, 1 being correct but only 1 of the 2 units were delivered. Mind blowing how they can get it so wrong and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I have only been updated when chasing and there is no concern from their staff, they simply don't care - Kevin is useless, many thanks for the worst customer service ☺

I would avoid this company had I know how much of a faff it would be to receive such a little order.

Easy to order online. Delivered with no issues. The wood is better quality than what you buy in the shops. Would recommend and will be buying another pallet when we run out!

I would have given you a 5 if you had taken the palette back. It is quite frankly a real hassle to have to dispose of myself

I recommend buying your logs from someone local. These are good logs but they are about 15% more expensive than usual. I always use a local supplier but someone recommended these so thought would try. They gave me a delivery day so took the afternoon off and they never arrived. So arranged a different day with the haulage company they use. They arrive in a huge crate and leave the crate with you (on my kirbside) if you can remove crate, break it down etc, great but I had to get some help. Not convenient for me so won’t use again and didn’t like the service from them. Previously with local suppliers I have always asked for a specific day for them to be delivered and never let down and always good kiln dried logs.
