"High quality company and product"

And with over 30 years of industrial maintenance experience I have worked on a lot of different equipment. I have found that the Heatpress products that I have worked on are very well engineered and of a very high-quality. Their internal support system is quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend their product for anybody in this industry.

"Impressed"

We own 3 Geo Knight Presses. A clam shell, a swing away, and a hat press. These presses have traveled with us for six years and still going strong. I am so impressed with the support Geo Knight gives. Aaron responded same day I contacted them panicked over something wrong. From getting setting instructions to replacing a switch Aaron has got me through it. Thank you Aaron from this senior( another name for old woman).

"Great Service"

Geo Knight press went out this afternoon, emailed customer service department. They responded within minutes to let me know what part was needed. Ordered part and it is on the way. I have had the press for 10 years and never ordered a part or needed anything. Awesome service. Such a rarity today.

"customer service relations is phenomenal …"

customer service relations is phenomenal and very much appreciated. I have had 2 small concerns with my DK20S and both times i received communications back within a few hours. Both time they offered and stated they would take care of the issue at no cost to me. Quality customer service is hard to find sometimes. But not here. very satisfied. I will no shop anyplace else for my heat press needs.

"Excellent Customer Service"

After storm-related power surges my DK20S was no longer heating up and eventually would not power on at all. I was convinced I would have to buy a new press but with just a couple of short emails with heatpress.com, I had the problems narrowed down and parts ordered for a third of the price a new press would have cost me. Their responses were quick and to the point and could not have been easier to follow. I highly recommend using heatpress.com.

"Exceptional customer service"

I’m really not one for taking time to sit down and write a review. However my experience today working with Aaron in tech-support was extraordinary. I have had this press for seven years. It’s my second Knight press, And I finally had one small problem. I am two days away from a show and I need to get some work done and my press would not come up to temperature. He offered that I send it back and they would fix it and ship it back to me or offered me the option of looking further into the problem and possibly being able to affect repairs here. He was incredibly quick on his responses he had great documentation at his disposal that was clearly written it was easy to understand for anybody with a brain to effect repairs themselves and get back to work. I can’t say enough good things about George Knight Company. I’ve been in the photography industry my entire life I am 61. These presses are the only ones I will ever use. Thanks for reading.

"Defective Geo Knight Heat press"

I am not sure where these people are getting their positive reviews from because they are so false! I purchased my machine for 731.00 and had issues with it from the first time I used it. days and days of back and forth with Aaron Knight saying its not a big deal. Well it is a big deal I was sold a machine that was defective and I just received the second go around of parts that I am suppose to fix by myself. They will not pick up a phone and talk to you like a human and walk you through it. Horrible experience and a waste of hard earned money! Please read all reviews on the internet and BBB before purchasing from them because I didn't and I am so sorry now. I hurt myself and was afraid of a fire when the swing away fell completely off the press at 365 Degrees and I could not lift it up. If I treated my customers the way I was I wouldn't have a business. Please, Please be very careful purchasing anything from them unless you want to waste money and be treating like you have no intelligence at all!!! Very Sad.

"Terrible product and company"

Terrible product and company. They sold me a broken heat press and won't refund my money. they want me to fix it. i paid almost $500 for the press brand new and it never worked right and I found out finally that it wasn't what I was doing but that the machine was defective. they won't refund my money. terrible purchase! Don't buy from these people. they want to sell you something you have to fix for full price of a new machine. very upset I purchased from them. I've lost a lot of money because of this purchase.

"Incredible customer service"

I broke the on/off switch on my 6 year old JetPress 12 (an awesome machine for any hobbyist). I sent an email enquiring about a replacement switch (and I was not holding my breath about it being available). My email went out at 5:12PM on a Friday and Aaron Knight replied at 5:44PM!! With the exact information
I needed to order a replacement. Do not be shy about doing business with the company - they are the real deal!

"Superb Customer Service"

I broke the clamp/link assembly on my press, but was unaware of the name of it. I then sent an email expecting to be waiting a few days for a reply, because it was a Friday & it's Christmas time, but I was contacted within a few minutes of sending the email. Aaron was super polite & very attentive to my concerns. I sent pictures of what the issue & he showed me what I needed. I didnt realize until the end of our email correspondence that I was in in fact talking to the vice president of the Company. That made me feel even more valued as a customer. I truly appreciated it.
