I have owned mine for 10 years. No issues but I have replaced shocks and some boards but that took only a few minutes and the staff over at geo help out like no other. The plate works awesome after 10 years and I press 300 to 500 Tees a day.

" This relates to,a sublimation printing process of ceramics .
Because this fibrous pad is heat resistant it could be used to build up an area so it's not flat on the bottom pad eg a pocket area so the side areas / seams are beneath the the pocket area that is being heat pressed."
