"Olive tree (bereavement gift)"

I ordered an olive tree as a bereavement gift for a friend and didn't want a faceless online company as wanted to feel I was dealing with a human! I called the Tel No advertised and spoke to Alfie who was the most helpful human on the planet! I was then able to order online but also follow up with an email quoting my Order No - and a personalised gift message. Alfie confirmed despatch day and arrival by email. My friend was delighted and sent me a photo, I could see it was a very healthy little tree. It wasn't huge but I knew that before ordering - it was absolutely perfect for the occasion and I felt reassured by the contact made with Alfie before ordering. It was simple and stress-free and arrived exactly as promised. Very satisfied and appreciative customer here.

ordered two plants. both arrived practically dead. one was diseased. asked for a refund, many many times. after over a month, they offered to replace the plants. this never happened either. have written, emailed, many times but have gotten no where.

bought a large plant but they sent wrong plant. contacted and said the correct plant would be with me the next day, but it never arrived. They have promised this every day for the past week, have waited in all day, every day and a week later still no plant so not at all trustworthy, now will open a case for a refund as so disappointed in their obvious lies
