"CT6 after sales/Repair"

I’ve had my CT6 trolley about 18 months and it developed an intermittent fault I contacted the golf shop where I bought it and within an hour I had a call from Jess at PowaKaddy who then spent time on the phone with me trying to diagnose the problem. Jess then organised a box for me to return the trolley as she wanted to fully check the suspect components. The initial call from Jess was on Friday and the repaired trolley was back Thursday morning! Less than a week is fantastic service not only that they sorted out other things too - new wheel bearings, new locking button and more 😃 The after sales service from PowaKaddy is second to none and Jess was so helpful and friendly a great asset to the company. Thanks to all at PowaKaddy 🙏

"Warranty issue"

Had an issue with my son not registering his warranty, to say that Tanya and Sheena were more than helpful would be an understatement. All delt with in a polite, professional and efficient manner and went way beyond what they were obligated to do.
What a pleasure to deal with a company that actually cares about the people that buy their products. First class service.

Had a problem with my trolley Sales team arranged for it to be picked up by DPD left it a week to enquire what was happening and it seemed that DPD had lost my trolley, Alan from the Sales team rang me immediatley and arranged for a new trolley to be sent out to me cant fault this service, first class. Two days later new trolley arrived Thank you so much

I purchased a CT6 trolley in July 2021 and was having problems with the on/off switch. I spoke to Tanya, in technical support, who said that I needed a new handle, which arrived the next day. I fitted the new handle and the problem has been resolved. I appreciate the efficient way that this dealt with. Thank you Tanya.
