I had a problem with my battery (it would not turn off) PK arranged at no cost for a courier to collect the battery,tested it and then emailed me to inform me that it was faulty,it was still under warentee so they have forwarded me a replacement all within 7 working days.Fantastic service and I was kept updated all through the process.

I called customer service regarding my Thermamitts not working. Some discussion pointed me in the direction of a missing extension cable which had been lost (apparently this cable has an inbuilt component to enable the mitts to function). The gentleman immediately said he’d (this time) send out a replacement cable. Excellent service!

I could not have asked for a better service. A large Box was delivered; I loaded the trolley and it was then picked up and returned within 10 days. The brake on my PowaKaddy Micra push cart broke, within its two year warranty period. I called their UK Support Centre, who were extremely friendly and helpful, and I received a replacement part by courier the next morning, along with very clear and helpful instructions as to how to fit the new brake (which even I managed to follow, with limited DIY skills!). Excellent post-sales support.

I have a PowaKaddy CT6. The electrical systems/controls had stopped working properly. I live in the U.S. PowaKaddy has currently no distributor or service network in the U.S. I reached out to PowaKaddy U.K. and worked through emails with your support team there. The screen had shown an incomplete picture and the control knob did not work. Through several quick emails it was determined that the control unit/motherboard and the components of the control knob had to be replaced. Your support team shipped the necessary parts and very good installation instructions ultra fast! My caddy now works and I could not be more satisfied with support I received!
