I contacted support via email after I realised I had lost the plastic cover that goes over the accessories hole in My CT6 2024. Support kindly offered to send me a replacement.
Replies were quite fast and friendly. I encourage you to continue keeping this level of service

I would just like to say what amazing service I have received from Sam in customer service. I had an issue with my trolley and Sam has sent me replacement parts urgently via DPD. It’s great to know there is still good service out there. When I upgrade my current trolley I will definitely looked to replace this with Powakaddy. Thanks again!!!

"Excellent Customer Service"
I have moved abroad from the UK and want to ship my Powakaddy FX7 EBS by air to the country that I live in now. I faced a problem as I no longer had the box and the foam packing the trolley came in. After searching everywhere I could not find the right strong box. As a last resort I wrote directly to PowaKaddy UK asking for their help and wrote I was willing to pay for a box. I half expected a response. However, few hours later on a Friday evening I received a response from Mike Wilson from PowaKaddy customer services. They offered to send me a box and the packing materials free so I could safely ship my trolley. All part of their after sales service. It shows they care about their customers. In any case I like PowaKaddy, but after this experience I will always be their customer. They do look after you. A rare things these days where if you are lucky you may get a response after 48 hours but here I got one in couple of hours. Well done PowaKaddy, you deserves 5 stars.

"Out of warranty"
My trolley was out of warranty by 4 months but I had a replacement power button 14 months earlier,spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Sam who checked to see when I had the replacement,so he said take it to the nearest Powerkaafy service centre and powerkaddy will replace the part free of charge,great friendly service.

"FX3 TROLLEY PROBLEMS"
I've had a few issues with my trolley since I bought it in early 2021. The first issue (a new motor) was fixed under warranty. The second issue I had to pay for it to be fixed, as the warranty had expired.
I was very upset therefore when the display screen packed up recently.
I decided to contact PowaKaddy to explain my frustration at this bad experience.
I got in touch with Alan, who was brilliant. He arranged for the handle to be collected, repaired and returned, all within 5 days. Excellent aftersales service and this has gone a long way to restoring my confidence in PowaKaddy products.

Had a big problem with my PK golf trolley
GPS working great but would not motor and had to push it round the course last weekend.
Got in contact with PowaKaddy told them exactly what was happening.
He told me exactly what was wrong with my trolley and told me it need a new Circuit board.
As my warranty had just ran-out he said he would send me the new circuit board for free as a good will gesture which I was not expecting.
He explained how to change it and also sent me details in a Email and with the new part on how to change it.
Which was very helpful.
Changing it took about 1/2 an hour and it’s now up and running great once again.
A big thank you to all at PK for all the help and advice they gave me.

Contacted Powakaddy with regards a broken part on my Frontline 4, I couldn't find reference to the part anywhere. 3 hours after initial contact, I had a reply and a replacement part on its way to me free of charge. Problem completely resolved within 36hours, outstanding customer service, thank you
