I had left my gift of a Powakaddy trolley unopened for three years. As a result the battery was fully discharged and could not be powered up. Powakaddy replaced the battery with a minimum of fuss. Five star customer support.

I had an issue with my CT6 trolley I contacted powakaddy and was assisted by the sittingbourne branch issue was fixed and resolved within 48 hours can’t praise them enough amazing customer service thank you powakaddy

I bought an FX1 electric trolley around May 2024. Within a few weeks it wouldn’t respond to the controller and went at various random speeds. I contacted Powakaddy as per the warranty and as instructed, took it to a local agent to fix it. In short, he didn’t fix it and this time Powakaddy sent me a box out to return it to them. A few days later and it was back with me. First time out 10th hole and the same fault but worse. Asked for replacement and told that they only try to repair them, read your warranty and if you’re not happy speak to the retailer. Nice. Boxed up, allegedly fixed, back with me and we’ll see. Appalling service and attitude.

My Powakaddy Electric Golf Trolley, which I had owned for about a year, started making a screeching sound after 10 minutes of use. I contacted Powakaddy and received prompt and excellent service to get the issue resolved with a repair to the axle. I recommend Powakaddy to others for their excellent after-sales service.

I had a small problem with my push trolley which I have had for more than 10 years. Contacted customer support with the remote hope that they might be able to assist and received an email next day confirming that not only did they know what the issue was but would also be able to send me a part to fix the issue. With a very speedy turnaround, I now have a fully functioning trolley again. Many thanks to the team

"CT6 Golf Trolly"
I've had my CT6 trolly for over 3 years and play a lot of golf. The rubber control switch had worn through and I contacted PK to enquire where I could purchase a replacement as i'm well outside warranty. No problem they replied and posted a new part to me free of charge. I've mentioned this to the rest of the guys at my club. Excellent customer service.
