Had a problem with my GPS on my CT8 trolley. The guys at PK gave me instructions on how to remove the handle, ready for shipping. DPD PK’s Courier picked up at the allocated time. Received handle and fully repaired GPS in less then a week. Excellent service all round especially this time of year (Xmas). Well done all at PK and DPD

I can honestly say that Powakaddy's customer service is second to none. My query being about a drink holder attachment for my trolley was dealt with, amazing speed in 4 simple emails. I always say to my mates who play golf that you will never go wrong with a Powakaddy product and my recent interaction just goes to prove that. Powakaddy keep up the great work that you do, don't change anything and long may that continue.

I phoned powakaddy today after speaking to their rep to inform them the trolley battery they had checked three times had failed the first time i used and i left unused for a year while i used my wifes trolley their response was it is out of warranty go and buy a new one they never tested the battery on a trolley to see if they could replicate the problem but insisted their test would find the problem without testing the battery under identical conditions

There are Companies that has Support elements that you just know are rubbish and we all are happy to moan about them. Powerkaddy however is an exception to the rule.My trolley problem was dealt with both very quickly and flawlessly The handle was sent and returned in 5 working days and despite a minor possibly on my part they remained
helpful polite. Its so refreshing to see a Company go those extra yards to make a Customer happy. Well done Powerkaddy.

Great customer service, called support with fault on ct6 diagnosed fault and sent part next day with easy fitting instructions. Trolley works perfectly now.

"Poor design."
I've had a FX model for just 2-3 months and apart from the faults which I had to take back to be sorted, which included the accelerator having to be replaced and a small rectangular hole in which a small stone entered, resulting in difficulty in getting the battery off to recharge.
The battery is placed in a female holding where dirt, grass and moisture accumulates.
I bought winter wheels which should be a simple design but they are not. They gather cut grass and needs to be cleaned more often than should be.
The cable which connects the battery from the charger is too stiff and awkward. Granted, it may be given the voltage but again, the design could be better.

"Terrible quality "
Had a trolley golf bag 5 months . Top rim of bag started wearing away . Would not replace or refund as said it was not faulty .. Ok so all your golf bags only last 5 months !! Quality item right there . Won't buy anything from Powaksddy ever again . Shocking customer service .
