My 1 year old bag which started to fray on the seam edges now has a broken chassis so the top twists on the bottom when lifted. I cannot believe how poor the quality is on their bags when the trolleys are so good

Just wanted to warn people of the powakaddy CT6 golf trolley lcd panel I myself and others have cracked the screens which is a very expensive experience. Most reviews I’ve read people don’t know how they come to get cracked. Powakaddy don’t cover impact problems looking into how it might have happened is in the fold up position in its case where it has no protection whatsoever I have put thick cardboard taped inside the case to protect it .be mindful when packing the trolley in your vehicle and I think powakaddy should look into this problem I think they may be making a lot of money out of this problem

Called powakaddy as my battery of three years would no switch on, charge or run my trolley. Battery picked up by dpd next day and received my battery back within a week. What a great service and as I had registered my battery on purchase this service was completely free, even pickup and delivery. Would have no reservations of recommending powakaddy to anyone wishing to purchase a golf trolley.

I had a problem with my battery for my FX3 which was difficult to switch on and off.I contacted PK support and they collected the battery and within 3 days had sent me a new one foc.I have been using my battery since July 21.This is wonderful service for a battery that is that was over 3 years old.

My CT6 recently developed a screen issue that showed up as the top layer lifting up.
Contacted PowaKaddy support and they arranged for a courier to pick up the handle. Within a few days the handle was returned with a new screen fitted.
Very happy with PowaKaddy's support.

Contacted technical support at PowaKaddy as my FX7 developed an intermittent fault. Straight away they diagnosed the issue and, as I was happy to repair it myself, a part was duly sent out. The next day it arrived with concise instructions on how to fit it. Super simple, super quick and, whilst I had most of the trolley apart, I lubricated some of the moving parts.
Fantastic customer service, fantastic after sales, can’t fault them.
Any chance a trolley with some sort of suspension to soften my clubs ride be developed?

Excellent Service. Had problem with battery switching on and off for charging. It was unreliable. Pwk collected Monday returned repaired on the Thursday. Really can't ask for anything else.

Sent 30v Max XL back to Powakaddy after a conversation with technical support last Wednesday 15th October, Thought they would repair but yesterday Tuesday 21 October I received a brand new Battery From Powakaddy I can only say how pleased I am with the after care I received. Brilliant thank you Powakaddy
