Contacted Alan who was very helpful. He ordered a new screw for my umbrella holder with no quibble and advised on how to fix my FX5 trolley which wasn't clipping down properly when folded. I'm a very happy customer.

I purchased a PowerKaddy FX3 trolley and experienced problems with it starting up on it's own.
The seller tried a fix & I spent some time ensuring it was not user-related then I contacted PowerKaddy.
There are not a lot of service centres locally so the customer support agent sent a new switch (took me 10mins to fit) and I have a fully working trolley

In March 2021 I purchased a PowaKaddy Dri-Tech golf bag. Over the past few months I noticed some problems with the bag, which was still within warranty. On Tuesday 8th February I reported these problems and sent photographs of the bag. I was contacted the following day by James in PowaKaddy Support to say that a new replacement bag would be despatched to me. On Thursday 10th February, the new bag was delivered to my home. I cannot fault their customer service, it was exceptional, as was the courtesy and professionalism of James in resolving thgis matter so quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend PowaKaddy to anyone.
