It is true that you get a good warranty with powakaddy. However, you really need to use it. Took my trolley back today for the 4th time since May 2023.
If you want to buy something that continuously fails but gets repaired then I guess it’s an ok purchase.

"PowaKaddy is the only EV caddy for me"

I have had two issues with my PowaKaddy CT3. One was within the warranty period and they helped to resolve the issue with replacement parts which I fitted myself, great service.

The second issue occurred 7 months after the extended warranty had expired and related to an axle which somehow been bent. I contacted PK support hoping I might be able to purchase the replacement parts. Not only did PK respond to my enquiry quickly and without fuss but they have also provide the replacement parts free of charge. It’s service like this that means I will never buy another brand of EV caddy.

Cannot fault the excellent service received when I needed a replacement for my GPS holder. Your team went above and beyond when there was trouble with the delivery sending a second item despite the problem being with the couriers. Very happy to recommend a great and positive experience Thank you for your quick responses to my emails and speedy resolution to the problem.

I have bought a used Golf trolley, and couldn't find a serial number for update use. Wrote a mal, to Powakaddy, and got answers in 24 hours, with a new serial number, which worked perfectly:)

"Very quick repair"

Very quick repair. Problem with battery switch - phoned up, a collection was arranged, date and time to suit me. I was warned it would probably take 5 working days plus delivery/return time. Collected Wednesday, returned on the Saturday. Great service, thank you.
