Had a problem with a wheel catch on my new trolley bought through an online golf store. Within an hour, PowaKaddy customer support were in touch to say a new wheel would be sent out for next day delivery!
Cannot fault that for customer service! Thank you.

"Brought the CT8"
Brought the CT8. Looks greet and a real life save on the calfs. However the set up was OK but the touch screen is very sensitive and at times it just backwards and forwards and when selecting the course before you tee off your keep pressing the course your at and it jumps to the one below it's a shame you can't use the button wheel to select the things on the screen would be far more easier.

I had a problem with my 18 hole battery for my fx7 gps trolley that was just over 3 years old . The battery was only getting me through 15-16 holes but was still under a 5 year warranty. I contacted powakaddy and I got a call the following day and had a replacement within 5 days excellent service . I'll be sticking with powakaddy in the future

"Great Service"
Bought a new trolley, battery and charger. After 3 or 4 uses the battery stopped charging so I contacted Powakaddy as it was still under warranty. I had a very courteous phone call and was put through to an advisor straight away. A replacement was organised and also DPD to come and collect the malfunctioning battery. Unfortunately, the new battery wasn't working so I went through the same process, again receiving excellent attention. Everything was organised with DPD, the new battery was delivered and the old battery collected.
I was very impressed by the service, the approachability of the staff on the phone and the whole experience. Thank you.

PK picked up battery by DPD rapidly.
Then received the following week all fixed.
