My PowaKaddy Fx7 GPS broke down when playing St Ennedoc. I emailed customer services on the Sunday morning and the control unit was replaced under warranty the following Wednesday. Great customer service

My battery failed on the golf course,I contacted PowaKaddy, they immediately organised a courier to pick up the offending article and within a week delivered a new replacement.

I lost the nut or rather it was removed by some one annoying to say the least from the front wheel of my powacaddy.
I tried in vain to get one locally so contacted powacaddy for help.
I received a prompt response and was pleasantly suprised by the customer care received .
As a result a nut is on its way thank you very much guys you were brilliant. John

The Service provided by Alan and Tanya was truly exceptional and above and beyond. I entered into an email exchange on the Tuesday, Tanya arranged collection of my Trolley Handle by the Thursday, Saturday morning a replacement arrived which is in my view an amazing service.

My wheel pins broke and trying to find replacement ones was a nightmare. Last resort I emailed PowaKaddy to find out where I could purchase new roll pins for my RX1trolley. To my absolute delight James informed me that they would send me some and the pin driving tool FOC.
Great trolley and GREAT aftercare service. Well done PowaKaddy keep it going 👍👏👏👏👏

"New battery under extended warranty"

I’ve had two issues with my Powakaddy CT6 trolley and on both occasion the Customer After Sales team have been excellent.
14 months ago the digital handle was completely replaced under warranty with no issues and James had my replacement handle in the post to me within a few days and was dealt with excellently.
My most recent issue was my Lithium battery which was 4 years old however I took the extended free warranty on the battery when I first bought the trolley.
Contacted Tanya Ellis and was dealt with very quickly and professionally - my old battery was picked up on the Monday and my brand new battery was with me on the Thursday!
Cannot compliment the Customer After Sales team high enough - well done PowaKaddy 👏👏

My CT6 GPS stop by itself from time to time, talked to PowaKaddy support (James). James took care of the issue without any fuss. I am very satisfy with the customer care James gave me.
