The whole trip went very smoothly and when we had to change some things due to a typhoon, it was no problem. Would highly recommend using them for a Vietnam trip. It was overall a great day at Halong Bay. The staff were great and with the help of Janet everything worked out super. I booked really late to go next day and wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday and Janet made sure everything was organised for flowers and a cake on the cruise. Fantastic.

We did the Mekong Delta tour via Ben Tre. It was great! Quite the adventure. Our tour guide Quan was lovely, fun, and informative. Janet did a fantastic job of organising and made sure our friends were able to book the tour last minute and join us. It was a long day, but I recommend this tour. It was great to get out of the city and explore other parts of Vietnam.
