"Very poor communication from best price…"

Very poor communication from best price travel resulted in over payment despite request for cancellation of small group tour via email within required cancellation timeframe.

Very difficult language barrier resulting in best price travel agreeing to return transport to airport. However within 12 hours of cruise, email stating additional fee required. I requested cancellation of round trip transport due to inability to provide round trip service. Best price travel stated Late cancelation resulting in loss of refund. Despite email evidence of conversation of transport requirements, best price travel inadequate comprehension of English resulted in stress and anxiety before a family holding and loss of 160US.

Would not recommend best price travel at all!

I booked best price travel last year to book a three week stay in vietnam and cambodia for Jan 2025, from moment i booked my trip everything was handled perfectly when i emailed any questions etc was answered promptly
Everyone I met on tour was lovely_ only slight disappoinrment would have liked to have stayed with same group however this was due to other peoples plan etc so not really related to best price travel.
Trip itself was amazing and everything was handled so well, i travelled solo and did not have to worry about anything everything was booked and tours were very enjoyable and informative, Hang Moon checked in with me reguarly and I had a few requests during trip which were handled so well
I would highly recommend best price travel

I started a 14 day in Hanoi and ended in Ho Chi Min City. My agent was Janet who assisted me throughout my journey.
The trip was exceedingly well planned with exciting tours and exceptional accommodations.
As a solo traveler the only disappointment was not staying with the same group. I would get to meet people and the next day it would be another group.
I was very happy with the support I got from Janet and would highly recommend Best Price Travel.

Our tour was arranged by Rosie Nhung who was extremely helpful and responsive both in the months advance and whilst we were travelling. I had to sort something on a Sunday and Rosie was quick to respond and make the changes we needed even though she was not supposed to be working.
We vistied a number of places in Cambodia and Vietnam and the hotels and guides chosen by Rosie were all excellent.

Zoe provided seamless transport services with advance notices on pickup time/place and driver information. Driver was punctual, friendly and safe driving. Car in clean and good conditions. Highly recommended!
