From the initial arrangements to the finish of our trip, we had fantastic support and professionalism from Best Price Travel and in particular our lovely agent Ms My Uyen. We traveled through Vietnam and Cambodia on an itinerary which My Uyen adapted particularly to suit us, which was great, also offering advice and suggestions on where to go and what hotels to stay in. We also had some personal difficulties during our trip which Ms My handled with great care and understanding and we felt totally supported throughout. Another shout out to the tour guides and drivers that Ms My arranged all of whom were brilliant and we were looked after throughout the whole trip, but special thanks to My Uyen for her support and care throughout. We would most definitely recommend Best Price Travel and if ever we return to the wonderful Vietnam and Cambodia we will definitely be travelling with this brilliant team.

"An incredible tour of Vietnam and Cambodia"

We had an amazing tour of Vietnam and Cambodia arranged and managed by Rosie, starting from before we even placed the booking. Rosie sent a detailed schedule, and adjusted for some requests from us. She booked everything for us e.g. hotels, internal flights, boat, bus, cruise, tour guides and gave us all the details long before we travelled, so we knew what to expect (including specific hotels which could then check out online). Flights changes were also provided to us as they happened. All tour guides were always early, and always had tickets etc. for all transport, trips, visits etc. They always knew the details of our trip and could provide advice. Rosie was available throughout the trip and communicated with us when we had queries (although everything was so well planned, we had very little need to contact her). Every aspect of the trip was managed by Rosie, so all we had to do was turn up and enjoy ourselves, which we absolutely did!! I would strongly recommend Best Price travel if you are considering visiting this part of the world. We had a tremendous worry-free holiday, which was all down to Rosie and Best Price Travel!!

My friends and I booked a customized trip to Ho Chi Minh City-Halong bay cruise-Hanoi- Bangkok with Rosie Nguyen Nhung of Best Price Travel. "A great time in Cambodia on 12 days customized tour"

This is the 2nd time booking via BestPrice Travel. Last year we had a customized Vietnam tour and were very happy. This time we had 12 days customized tour (for 4 people) across Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Kep, Battambang and Siem Reap.

Our travel agent Moon is in touch during our entire trip. There was a small amendment request from us during the trip. She responded promptly and made it happen. This kind of service deserves 5 stars from us.

We were a small group of 4 people on a customized tour. Certainly the price wasn't the cheapest. But we got very good value out of that. I highly recommend BestPrice Travel.
