When I was looking to visit Vietnam, I reviewed a couple of travel agents, before choosing BestPrice travel. They offered the best travel and tour options (soft adventure) - Hanoi, Hoian,Hue and HCM with various trips including Hanoi walking tour,Halong Bay cruise and Mekong Delta.

On each daily tour you met people of different nationalities, which made it interesting.

The itinerary was emailed to me and Hang Moon was our point of contact, she would often message me to ensure, the trip was going smoothly.

The itinerary ensure I had time to enjoy each location I.e a tour, followed by a free day

Vietnam is still developing and I wanted to see the traditional culture, before it changed. This trip allowed me to do this.i believe booking with a local company made this possible.

She responded right away to our inquiry and booked us the Bai Tai Lu Long 3D2N cruise we wanted on the boat we wanted, in the suite we wanted and on the date we wanted. She gave us a great price on the transportation to and from which involved two different cities. That all went smoothly with good drivers who were on time. She was responsive and had very good English.

JANET - BESTPRICETRAVELS was amazing and her whole crew members (Guides and Drivers) were super friendly and provided great service. Tour vehicles are clean and very comfortable. We had such a wonderful time in both Cambodia and Vietnam. Well planned tour package from Janet and her team. Nice weather everywhere. Food was excellent and views were picturesque. Excellent hotel accommodations were provided with lots of VEG options as well.

Certainly a worthy trip for the money.

"Best Price Travel - Luxury Vietnam & Cambodia holiday"

We had a fantastic time on our holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. Our Best Price travel representative, Hang Moon, ensured that every step of our journey was well organised and went smoothly! Our hotels were 4 star standard and we had no complaints about any of them - they were great.
The Halong bay cruise with Sena was a joy & we wished we had the 2 nights instead of the one night we’d chosen.
The transfers were all on time and went smoothly taking the stress out of the constant travel from place to place.
The activities and tours organised were even better than on the description.
We feel we really did get value for our money and would definitely recommend this company to other travellers.

"Emperor Cruise 3 Day 2 Nights "

First many thanks to Mia Nguyen from Best Price Travel. She was very helpful. The 3 Day 2 Nights Cruise with Emperor Cruise at Halong Bay was fantastic. The Boat and Staff was perfect for relaxing. Only the Food I rated with 2 of 5 Stars. I saw a video before I booked the Cruise, they have Abalone Soup, Fresh Oysters and Fresh Lobster. We had only chicken, duck, beef and 1 time Squid. So I think for the price I had payed 1200 Euro, the food was bad.
I was very disappointed about the food.
