"No confirmation email from Best Price…"

I booked a trip to US with Best Price travel, but didn't get a confirmation email. After a few hours I called them up and the guy confirmed my email and said he would send the confirmation email. Still nothing the next day, so I emailed them. Another day later and no confirmation email received. So how hard is it to send a confirmation email if everything is properly booked?

From airport pick ups to drop off at the airport. Everything was taken care of and they always were punctual.

Anna looked after us when booking, all communication was through WhatsApp so quick and efficient. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly.

It's one of the cheating travel agent, I purchased flexi ticket ticket through their website on Saturday, on Sunday called them to cancel, left a voice message. Om Monday called back and talked with the agent(which is within 48 hours), he affirmed that request will be made to Cathay Pacific and will revert within 48 hours. After a week called them again, they revert with an email stating $555 cancelations fees by the airlines plus their fees can't be waived. I called Cathay directly, they affirmed that reservation wasn't ticketed, therefore, no penalties applies, besides it's flexi ticket no fees charged.
Please be careful with this agency, they aren't honest like Expedia or Booking.com. Luckily I am holding lifetime platinum FF with one world plus platinum one with Qantas, know most of the airline's fare rules easily figured out they are misleading me.

This was my first time to book a holiday through an agent.

My family (6 of us), just did a 10D/9D trip to Vietnam including Hanoi, Ha Long Bay cruise (overnight), flights to Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An.

Everything was handled perfectly.

Rooms and flights were all booked correctly.

Transport was always a nice big comfortable Ford Transit. Perfect.

The guides and/or drivers always texted beforehand on Whatsapp and were always on time.

Our organiser (Ms. Moon), was always quick to respond on Whatsapp if I had a question.

I thoroughly recommend it.
