I bought a small portable BBQ as a Christmas present and it arrived badly damaged. I suspect that was not the fault of Greenhouse Warehouse, but the carriers. I called the firm and having sent photographs of the damage, they immediately agreed to send a replacement with apologies for the trouble it had caused me. It arrived yesterday and was perfect. Great service and I would happily use Greenhouse Warehouse again.

Rubber rake bought because a friend showed me his. I don't know why but it seems to work better than my old wire rake, especially with leaves on a shingle drive.

The guy on the phone was very good and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to know, and sent me some dimentions for the base for us to prepare on site. The greenhouse arrived as discussed with no problems.
