"A bunch of idiots."

Cancelled my order with no contact (had my phone and email address) due to the fact that the credit card used to purchase was from a country out of the UK and they assumed delivery there , even though I sent them an email (to the same address the notification of cancellation came from) and left a purchase note on the order reitterating the delivery address.
The fact that they have still added me to this online review system with a generic email asking me how my purchase went sums up the operation...

Ordered the acrylic sheets by the next day they had been delivered and were fitted on the greenhouse, a job I had been putting off for a few years was resolved in 24 hours! Can't fault the company.

"Shedding a lot of light"

I'd put up with a few cracked panes in my greenhouse for too long. With the chance of a visit from a now toddling grand-daughter it was time to take action. Rather than go for horticultural glass again - I always feel nervous handling it. I decided to explore the various plastic alternatives. The twinwall polycarbonate I ordered arrived swiftly, was easy to handle and fit and looks good. One 2 x 4 sheet relaces 2 of my 2 x 2 glass panes!! When more of the glass breaks in the greenhouse I'll probably order enough polycarbonate to replace all the glass around the sides.

"Could do better, delivery not the quickest!"

Ordered Polycarbonate glazing and tape for the greenhouse. Took over a week for the glazing to arrive, still not had tape!

Greenhouse bought is as described ! And good !

Customer service very poor - here's why
1. Never received email as stated to confirm delivery
2. Was never told when item was dispatched
3. During order I requested delivery after a certain date this was ignored, arriving early !!

"Superb service, best price by far, and great greenhouse"

We had been looking for our first ever greenhouse and thought the Palram Grow & Store fitted the bill. The GW website was extremely easy to use and their price was way cheaper than anyone else's for the same greenhouse. GW despatched the greenhouse amazingly fast and it was with us within a few days. Their service cannot be faulted.
It took us a day or so overall to build the greenhouse, not difficult, just time-consuming, but it was worth it - it's not a pretty greenhouse, but very functional and a great introduction to greenhouse gardening with the added bonus of the store room on the end.
