"Great concept, design needs more work"

I love the concept of the Converta bag, but the inside liner material needs some work. The exterior is durable, but the inner lining quickly snagged and started to tear.

The first bag I received had an obvious dirty black mark on it so I was really disappointed after waiting for it to arrive to the UK. I took photos and emailed them. While I was happy I was offered a new bag at no expense to me, I was told I'd receive tracking info but I had to chase that, when I checked tracking almost a week later , it said it had been misrouted which was disappointing again as it sounded like it was lost. I contacted them again and received another email to say it has been delivered and it had (I was away at that point). Overall I like the bag, although yet to use it, but customer service could be improved and I didn't get an apology. The whole thing made the buying experience stressful.

The order process and delivery was spot on and the practicality of the bag works very well however the bag is not as attractive as it looks in the images. Even though I chose the grey I actually don't like it in reality. The standard of the stitching is not what I expected either and the bag is very soft so when I put my items inside, the bag sags and flops.

"Deceiving, poorly worded return policy"

I felt like there return policy is misleading. It is written in an unclear way and felt deceiving. I would have like to return my back as I disliked the design but after clarification from the company, it would have cost me $19 to return it. I paid $46 for the bag, so I just kept it, unhappy with my purchase.

As a nurse, new mom and woman on the go, this is the perfect bag for me. I love all of the pockets on the outside and inside for keeping things organized and easy to find. There are different ways to attach the strap based on what I’m doing each day. The material makes this bag durable and washable.

Great bag however would be good if it were just alittle bit wider. It’s quite narrow once you start filling it up. And the water bottle pockets on the outside are very tight, but works for other items. But still a great bad! Looks very nice also.
