"Great service from start to end"

Great service from start to end. Honest and informative information about our product. Polite, friendly and approachable. Quick service and all follow up documentation received. Installation was quick, mess free and ensured all in good working order and we were happy with our product before they left. No issues throughout. We would definitely consider using AWR services again.

The windows and doors are great quality, they are perfectly functional and keep my house warm. This includes the fact that the road noise is a lot quicker since having the windows and doors fitting.

"Take my money but dont give it back"

Sales man came over told him the price is too high for my budget so i don't think ill go ahead on £7.5k for 2 bays and 2 single windows, took so long in the house also almost 1 hour. I ended up putting down a £50 deposit and then cancelled this 2 days later via email (first time sales man gave me incorrect email address then a day after that I email the correct address).

First time i called up the returns department was not in, and the lady did not know when she would be in.

Second time, I was told I will get a refund the following week

Third time I got told ill get the refund the following week also ( which I did)

So 2 emails and 3 phone calls later has now become
30 days I still didn't have a refund on £50. I wouldn't be bothered over £50 usually. But with the cost of living, any amount of money is useful to me especially if its mine.

UPDATE: I did receive the refund in the end. But still 1 star as I had to chase them up 3-4 times for it

Work completed quickly and efficiently. The two issues outstanding reported - one resolved and other one coming next week. Very pleased with the doors and the guttering completed last year

The workers were absolutely brilliant. Kept everything clean and tidy. We’re very polite. And done an excellent job of replacing our upstairs windows. Even left instructions of what not to do with the windows for the next few days etc. would highly recommend

The service we received was outstanding. From getting the quote to fitting it was excellent. The fitters was polite and friendly and always very helpful and knowledgeable when asking any questions. Definitely a 5 star company

"Great experience overall "

Polena the sales lady was friendly knowledgeable and answered any questions we had . We ordered 3 new doors ( 1 composite) all with glass side panels plus 9 doors and they were fitted within 3 weeks from order date. The 2 lads fitted the doors on Monday and cleaned up at the end . They came back the following morning which was surprising as we had heavy snow overnight and they had travelled a good distance to get to us. Our lounge window is 20' x 5' so had to call in other men as it was a big job to remove it . They removed all the other windows too except for one so it was very cold in the house ..not sure why they did it that way 😅
The 2 lads worked up until 8pm so that the job was totally completed. I expected to be invoiced for the job within a few days as obviously couldn't check everything over in the dark . Unfortunately I was told that they couldn't leave until the other 9k was paid . I was on my own as my husband had gone to a meeting so couldn't contact him . It felt slightly intimidating and I'm quite a fiesty older lady . The lads did say that they would wait until 10p.m until he came home for payment . We have separate bank accounts to each other so I had to jiggle money around to get the outstanding 9k together. That is the only thing I can fault this company on as otherwise have been very good .
