Having called their customer team today 13/12/2023 following their comments and making direct reference to my email correspondence with their fiance team, the poor gentleman couldn't see our emails.
This is really scary for a company who charges eye watering prices for services people don't actually want on their estates.
I'll await a call back and would be happy to discuss to bring my concern to a resolution?
