The expectation is now a lot clearer now to what Greenbelt is responsible for and how there contractors are managing the site. We have now found out that we have a regular visit from the area manager to do a monthly snag list and compile a report.
The work that the contractors are doing in my view is very good in taking care of the site . In the past this has not been good.
Hopefully the suggestion that was made about the dog foul bins has been taken on board and going forward the issues that we have had will not reaccure and build more confidence in Greenbelt to maintain and manage what they have said they will do ( regular emptying, stickers on the bins with Greenbelt customer services number on them) .
