"Very good customer service"
The Greenbelt website is not the most intuitive. When I phoned customer service for help my call was answered within a reasonable amount of time. The advisor knew what my issue was and helped me solve it quickly and without fuss.

"Registration process."
Unable to complete the process without contacting Greenbelt as the pin code I had been given to register would not work.
On contacting Greenbelt by phone the problem was very quickly resolved in a pleasant and efficient manner. Thank you.
the truth will out
"Reliable trusted and deluded..."
Greenbelt Group Limited describe themselves as reliable and trusted. Statistically, the overwhelming majority of contributors who have first hand knowledge of them and their methods, appear to know otherwise.
Update following Greenbelt's response. You will notice that I said the "overwhelming majority of contributors" as usual Greenbelt argue with those obvious facts. In my title I added "deluded". Their response removed any doubt, that may have existed, on that matter !!

"Terrible Company"
We are not a customer of Greenbelt thank goodness but we are neighbours to one of their developments they manage.
2 years ago one of their mature trees came down in high winds a landed on the side of our property causing damage and demolished the perimeter fence to our property along with the neighbours and two cars.
After ringing the emergency line twice the tree was removed the following day as it was precariously balancing on the fence & our property so was very dangerous and could have fallen further any minute.
We were told that the fence was our fence so we needed to contact our insurance company and make a claim, we were left with a lot of mess to clear up ourselves.
After many emails it was then admitted by Greenbelt that the fence was actually theirs after all & they would arrange a contractor to come round and fix it. Guess what they they didn't bother. So we paid for the repair to their fence ourselves as it was an eyesore and just to leave it in that condition was not an option for us, however our elderly neighbour is still waiting.
On Saturday 29th Jan 22 the fence then blew down in the recent high winds, its was terrifying trying to dismantle it for safety in such conditions.
I rang the emergency line and left a message I also emailed them but its now 4 days on and had no response whatsoever.
The company is a complete shambles and I feel sorry for residents that pay money to them.
We will be having a new fence erected at a cost to us but feel like giving them the bill but it will be the poor residents that would have to pay for it.
How can you leave something for two years.
Luckily I have kept all correspondence on file before they say they have no record to if so off to the
Solicitor next.

"I wrote to ask for help and advise…"
I wrote to ask for help and advise regarding woodland on our site, which had been neglected for almost two years .The state of which had become very poor due primarily due to more people walking and using this area in the last two years.( .during Covid?)
I wrote around Christmas period but had a reply in January followed almost immediately by a visit and asssessment ,details of which were then sent to me .
Work has been started and already provisional temporary work on the footpath has been started and has been continued further until now. I look forward to seeing further progress.
But obviously realise that more work and specifically forrestry has yet to be done.

"Greenbelt contributed to a delay in the…"
Greenbelt contributed to a delay in the sale of my property and did not respond timely to my solicitor.
I informed them four weeks prior to the date of completion & was advised to inform my solicitor which I did, on the day we were moving home they demanded a years payment in advance even though I paid monthly & was up to date & £193 charges to the buyer of my property for a name change.
This is a gardening service on a private estate not a management company they are a complete rip off please be aware of the hidden charges.
