I am in the final stage of completion of my house sale, (due to complete in 3 days) but am unable to exchange due to my buyers solicitor wanting a deed of variation from greenbelt.
My solicitor has requested this once already by Greenbelt and been refused.
The first correspondence was submitted by my solicitor back in October and here we are end of January!
Emails take weeks to reply and no joy speaking on the phone.
If this doesn’t get resolved the sale of my property will fall through and in turn the purchase of my new property will also.
This is very upsetting and stressful for all parties.
I have left this to my solicitor up to this point but I feel I need progress myself as the sale is at risk and we cannot wait weeks for a response.
Can someone please contact me directly from the legal team.

We had some issues with Registering on-line process but once we managed to contact your Customer Team these were quickly resolved thank you. We have had a few queries this morning about our Billing and Services (which we raised via e-mail) and these too have been quickly resolved within hours....thank you.
We are new owners and so new to Greenbelt. Good Admin Service so far; need more time to evaluate the "on-site" maintenance Service.

Was sent a letter to go paperless, great idea, but the number and pin don't work, tried it several times but it repeats that the numbers are incorrect. I have definitely copied the number and pin correctly.
