"Fantastic service"

Fantastic service, really easy to communicate with throughout the whole design process. Making amendments to the designs was was quick and easy and I have been thoroughly impressed with the outcome of the final logo .

Painful experience to say the least. Don't waste your time and money on this. The versions of logo you will receive are no different than any website out there that generates images automatically within seconds. There is no thinking/planning process behind the artwork. Elements, fonts and colours are chosen randomly - even after clear briefing via messages and phone calls. On top of that, a very poor customer service (be prepared to be ignored) and forget the 24h turnover. They will not return your money either, they will keep you waiting until you lose your patience and accept any rubbish they deliver.

logo symmetry uk is without doubt the worst company in 58 years of being in business I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

If your looking for a design company DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

They want paying up front with the promise of delivery in 24 hours
Rubbish. I had to call them several times THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE? 72 hours it took for nothing acceptable to be sent.

Did speak to Jerry Miller who promised to send my revamped company
logos. Sent 3 logos all of the same format but in different colours. Said he would call me back to check I was happy. Never Did. So I rang him, excuse the expression MORE BULL S---.

Being a retired SALES TRAINER. I was well known for a few simple examples in training.

1) Listen to what a customer says.

2) Learn about your products.

3) If your not sure DONT WAFFLE OR BULL S---

Told Jerry I wanted to speak to the M.D. (Johnathon I hope your reading this? You must be very proud of your company?) Told not in? I asked Jerry for my money back. He said he was disappointed that I was not happy, but would arrange my refund and as a goodwill gesture he would send me FREE OF CHARGE? other logo examples. NEVER DID. NEITHER HAVE I RECIEVED MY REFUND.

This company should be removed from Trustpilot, as I certainly would not want to have anything to do with a company that gives such appalling service and staff that is full of B.S.


Ratings I don't believe its 4 Stars. Should start from Appalling (not 1 star = bad)

Customers write ups can easily be fabricated.

General Advice. (Should have applied this to myself!
Stick to local companies on your door step that you can go to see and talk over your requirements.

Stick to companies that don't want paying up front.

I was really unsure what I was looking for and George definitely gave me confidence and reassured me through out the project. The logo and business cards are 100% perfect and the outcome was better than expected. I really appreciate Georges time, dedication and patients.

The website design at LogoSymmetry is quite possibly, one of the best I have worked with! Knowledgeable about design elements and website navigation, they are a pleasure to work with. Not only did they deliver the content to me on time, but actually took my input into consideration and incorporated it on the site. Truly a wonderful team.

"Initial problems, but very good in the end."

I felt the need to update my review.

After my initial problems, logoSymmetry contacted me and accepted that their initial service to me was poor. They apologised and as a gesture of goodwill, offered to carry out some further design work for me completely free of charge. I accepted their offer and have now received the results, which I am very happy with.

I'm willing to accept that all companies can make mistakes and it's what they do when things don't go well that sets them apart. In my view, logoSymmetry did what was necessary to correct my initial issues and then went further by offering me additional services.

My contact (George Martin) was very helpful in resolving the issues and in particular, kept me informed and up to date of the whole process. Thank you George.

I've given them 4 stars out of 5 due to the initial problems, but if all their business is conducted in the way that George looked after me towards the end, then I would have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

I'm afraid that my experience with this company has been all bad! After signing up to a new logo service and a re-design of 4 draft pdf brochures that I had written, I was assigned a designer and promised the first drafts within 48 hours. It actually took nearly a week after receiving my design brief before I got the first drafts back. The delay was explained away as being due to a bereavement in the family.
After a fair bit of back and forth, I finally agreed on the logo design. I signed that off and then we started the process for the brochure pdf's. The first drafts were nothing like what I wanted, but I can forgive them that for - after all, that's how the design process goes. What I cannot forgive them for is the continued lack of communication and missed deadlines since. They say that each revision can take up to 48 hours to turn around - I would have been delighted with 48 hours! 48 hours would have been heaven in comparison to the delays that I've so far experienced. Remember my designer... the one who had a family bereavement at the start? Well, I haven't heard from him since 13 July! Apparently he went on a 5 day vacation! The stuttered contact since he went on his extended break(!) has been directly with Customer Support, not my own dedicated designer as promised - couldn't they have assigned my a new designer since the first one was clearly no longer working on my project? Since Customer Support have been dealing with my project, I have had 'revisions' that look exactly the same as the last draft, later drafts that have reverted back to previous versions and now, yet another near week delay since last contact.
This is still ongoing - I still don't have my pdf downloads! Who knows how long it will take; or if I'll ever get them!
I started this project on 26 June 2018. As I write this review, it's 31 July 2018 and I don't know when this nightmare might end! Forget their 48 hour turn around promise; if you get your project back within 48 days, you will have probably done better than me!
Oh, by the way. I was having my website re-desgined by another company (thank goodness) and I need these documents to add to the new site. That site was completely re-designed and gone live in precisely half the time it has taken Logo Symmetry (so far) to design a logo and 4 brochures that I had already drafted and provided them with!
Use this company at your peril.

Awful company. Logo looked like it was made by them free logo makers. I asked 2 weeks ago or so for a refund they ignored me! But until i emailed and bugged them on the chat they have processed a refund...
