Don't let the marketing fool you. This is all fake packaging on very poorly run "company". I have been trying for close to a month to transfer funds into a Crypto account. You can NOT even transfer from your Cash account to Crypto. There is NO customer service. Paul Teshima the Chief Client Experience Officer has a HUGE job ahead of him and should be ashamed of the current level of service . The automated responses are not helpful. You can call but no one answers the phone. Even response to their emails take over 3 days. This company is a joke and I would NEVER use there services.

Horrible service was with customer service for over a month and my problem was still not solved I was able to find another site and get what I needed done in literally minutes. And worse then that now they keep spamming me with ads and emails.

They have been very helpful with any questions I've had. I believe the return on investment is very good, with the minimum of costs. I recently joined wealthsimple, my first experience of investing. So my experience and knowledge is minimal. I read around the subject online and felt fairly comfortable with my investment plans but also had a lot of questions! I arranged an initial call with a wealthsimple advisor. Arranging the call was really easy via the app and I could pick a time to suit me. The half hour phone call was invaluable. The advisor was very professional and friendly. They asked all they needed to know to guage my plans and hopes and comfort with taking risks. I really felt like they gave me very tailored advice. They gave considered and thoughtful answers to all my questions. Deposits into an account are not instant. So far mine have taken 1 day and the app says it can take up to 1-2 business days. I don't know how that compares to other options.
