I have used the Potteries Auction in house packing and delivery service on more than occasion and can honestly say that they it instills confidence that the items will arrive safely, well packed and looked after.
Reasonable priced and prompt delivery, plenty of reusable packaging due to the ceramics being so well individually wrapped.

Have been buying from potteries auctions for a number of years now and have always been delighted with the customer care they provide , when obtaining condition reports for items I'm interested in bidding on.
Bidding online is so easy with whichever platform you use , payment for won lots is likewise easy to do whether it's by bank transfer or through easylive and the saleroom.com after each sale.
Postage and packaging is always expertly done and I have always received my items within a few of days of each auction ending.

My recent experience with Potteries Auctions has been very positive and enjoyable. I bid online using EasyLiveAuction.com on 5th July 2023 and was lucky to win the item I was bidding on. I had previously enquired and requested a condition report and also a packing and postage quote which I received both by return e-mail. I must say that their postage and packing service is one of the best I have used and is second to none all at a very reasonable cost. I received my package in just a few days with the item well packaged. Finally I have no hesitation in recommending Potteries Auctions and their ‘in house’ P & P service. If only all Auction houses were as good as Potteries Auctions. Well done.
