Overall I really like Timely however there are some very basic things missing that i will mention here in the hope of improvement (all have been told to Timely on previous occasions with no resolution). The calendar does not go past 18 months so if you have something planned in 19 months time it's tough, you cannot enter it into Timely (a very easy fix); you can only have x1 email (the client, who will receive the email reminders) loaded which proves annoying when it is not the client paying for the service so I have had to stop email reminders and instead put the email of the person who pays for the service. Integration with xero is not 2-way so Timely does not get updated on when then service has been paid for, last issues for here is that unless you pay for premium service, which is harder for small businesses, there is a fair delay in getting to talk to somebody about a pressing issue with Timely . . . .I have a lots more I could mention here too! :-)

I LOVE timely. sure there are other booking site that do similar things, but I feel like Timely Customer service is what makes it so great! Their user/set-up guides are made for those not tech savvy (they use lots of pictures and videos). They have a FB group for users too which help a ton!!

Get Timely has so much to offer, including the best calendar I have found in scheduling software. With 10 employees, this feature sets Get Timely apart from other providers. My business has enjoyed Get Timely for 7 years now.

We've been using Timely for years! Love everything about the software, didn't have any issues until the other day. When we noticed our sms reminders weren't being sent. Mike replied really quickly and had our sms issue sorted out straight away. Explaining how to fix it in easy to follow instructions and we had our sms reminders back on within 30mins. Really appreciated his help 🙌"

"Easy to use but costly for staff"
Easy to use, has a lot of great features.
However, there is no loyalty scheme for being with them for a long time.
I don't think it makes sense for it to cost an additional £30 per staff member, again, there is no form of loyal or reward for using their system.
I have seen there is an offer at the moment for new members to get 40% off for their first 6 months (yet why not offer this to those who've used you for years?)
Also, I think it would make sense to charge less for staff members who only work 1 day.

I've been using Timely for a number of years now and it has just made life so much easier. I am able to operate and manage my business from anywhere in the world just by means of a phone. Undoubtedly, I can highly recommend Timely.
