I have been with Timely for 8 years. They used to be good but after getting no response to a technical problem with their software for days. Im pretty much done
They are just closing support tickets without answering.
Very sad. This fiasco with their software cost me a lot of money.

Esperienza pessima. Ordinato con consegna contrassegno un orologio Hilfiger , dopo due giorni dallordine scrivo su WhatsApp per capire se fosse stato spedito. Mi rispondono che era stato annullato per esaurimento. Tutto ciò senza una comunicazione. Mi dicono che mi è stata inviata un e-mail di annullamento ordine ma nulla di tutto ciò è mai avvenuto. Been with this company for nearly 5 years. It's a frustrating experience and the customer service is awful. I have to constantly invent workarounds for basic functionality. We're moving to a competitor very soon.
