Recently had a question regarding a privacy breach. Support staff were quick to reassure and look into the query. Timely staff have always been really helpful with any support needed. In a timely (‘scuse the pun) manner as well. The system is easy to navigate and set up for a small business. Haven’t had any major problems. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

"Very little support "
Timely is a good business booking system however their support IS NON EXISTENT. I chose their top plan innovate and at most my calls went to voice mail and I RARELY got a call back. I have explained on countless occasions that if there in an issue it needs to be addressed promptly not days or weeks later. I have tried to address this with management and their response is DEFLECTION. I will be down grading my plan.

Constant software issues… in the community group on Facebook ran by timely there is only ever posts about constant issues and the lack of support from the company regarding these issues. They started off amazing but I don’t think they can keep up with demand in terms of customer service & fixing issues. I would avoid & join the Facebook group for a more realistic idea of customer reviews…

"Issues with the booking system"
Issues with the booking system. It doesn’t offer appointments to clients when there are gaps. This means that I am loosing out on money through bookings and wasting time between clients. You used to be able to instantly contact customer service but they are difficult to get hold of now. The number given takes you straight to voicemail and I emailed 3 days ago and still no reply.

Timely started off being an amazing piece of software. Unfortunately, today I am rating my recent experience. Lately our customers have been having issues during card capture which results in the system crashing and their booking being timed out. I emailed support several days ago but as yet have not had a satisfactory response apart from them asking for the customers names. I am still awaiting further support from the "support" team. Our customers are being let down and this is unacceptable.
