"GOD FORBID 🚫 YOU HAVE AN ISSUE"
I love this system for its ease, for me and my clients. BUT GOD FORBID 🚫 YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. They respond with either brush you off,no problem on their end. Or a system error front a different network. My clients aren't getting their appointment reminders. So this has cost me $hundreds of dollars. They won't address this issue! I've asked to speak to a manager.

The system is good when using it but if you leave timely and leave recurring appointments in your diary, they stay in your diary, cannot be bulk deleted and they go on forever. It is impossible to delete appointments that go on forever so I will be deleting timely appointments from my diary for the rest of my life. I asked timely to reactivate my account to delete the appointments so it could be synced but they ignored me and tried to do it at their end, unfortunately it didn’t sync up. Timely support during the offboarding process has been terrible and as they have messed it up, they have tried to blame Google and send me to them to fix it. It may be a good system when it works but DO NOT leave recurring appointments in your diary when you leave to go to another CRM system.

"Technology is great when it works"
I know how frustrating it can be when technology does not work. I contacted Timely to advise I was not receiving my daily appointment report. I received a quick reply confirming the matter had been referred to their Tech team for further investigation. With our time differences it took 4 days to resolve and I had to resort to my paper diary. So glad it is back up and running. Many thanks.
