"This is the worst service I ever…"

This is the worst service I ever experience. I order my medication on 06/05 and it’s still on processing. I didn’t receive my medication. It keeps extending the delivery date. On top they charge me extra $30 for the services. Better save your money and go to real clinic.

"I wish I would have read the reviews…"

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering or using this company. It claims my order was shipped out 2 weeks ago and yet here I am still have not received my order or any updates on their website with tracking and told to contact USPS. I should not have to contact anyone when you are the shipper and I’m buying from you, you should have a team that does that. And apparently you can’t ask for refunds even if you never get your order so I’m out of $153.00 for trusting this scam “pharmacy”. Please stand clear. They take forever to respond to any messages because after my appointment I asked can I get a prescription written to a pharmacy and did not receive a message until after the order shipped so then it was too late to even have it sent to a pharmacy.

"Charged after cancelling subscription"

I cancelled my subscription and my next shipment for my birth control, but got charged anyway. I spent $45 on pills I’m not going to get. I requested a refund, but doubt I’ll get one considering other reviews.

"Don't waste your money"

I contacted the company over a month ago for a simple acne problem that started after I started hormone replacement therapy during menopause, a simple topical. I paid $40, answered all the questions, and was told ointment was ordered over a month ago, and they stated it's still in review. I requested a refund, and they said that the study was worth the $40 and no refunds... don't waste your money with this company.

"Good Start, Poor Finish & Customer Service"

Upon renewal they did not look at my address change even though I had to input my current information to even start the health survey. They delivered the prescription to the wrong address and after going back and forth they ended up not servicing my area. I would think #1, a doctor would not send a prescription to an unknown address (who knows who lives there now and would take it) and #2 they overlooked it and the health provider looked back at my survey and charged me for it (which is apparently not refundable) even though they are making a clear mistake. I had talked to 3 different people in the chat and somehow the last person finally told me about not being able to service my area.

Honestly, I also was nervous because the brands were changed frequently during the months I received the prescriptions and I tried looking everything up but it was all unclear. They weren't very clear on that.

"I took them a week to reach out to me…"

I took them a week to reach out to me after I had already run out of birth control and had to make an appt with my GP and he gave me one month until I could find a real OBGYN. I just moved to a new area and needed a quick solution. When Nurx called me I told them I'm no longer in need and they STILL charged me $25 for a consultation. Total BS

"Nurx charges customers without their consent & Are not Transparent"

Waiting for customer service is awful. I waited 19 minutes to get someone on the phone. Nurx charged me three times. $20 + $45 + $48. I only gave them consent for my $20 purchase, which was supposedly an "Annual Fee". That was not on my "receipt". What I saw was that I as paying $20 for medication... the next charge was for $45, which was exclusively for the medication. Then the $48 was the medication + the service Fee of $3.00. The rep on the phone advised, the $45 will be refunded. Nurx also chooses for you to get medication quarterly. Be aware of this. They are not transparent.

"Weeks of messages & frustration"

Been messaging with Nurx for more than 3 weeks about an annual refill. It’s up to a week before a reply is received, and it’s a new POC every time. Literally going in circles for 3 weeks repeating the same information over and over. Still no refill. Terrifying to think this is the level of detail company handles prescription medications.

"WARNING: Fraudulent charges"

In October 2022 I decided to give Nurx a try. It was a one time fee for their service. They didn't accept my insurance and the service they provided didn't line up to what was being advertised. I disputed the charge with my bank since Nurx refused to refund. I requested Nurx remove my card from file. Fast forward to today I get a text notification about them charging a $3 service fee. I did NOT authorize or agree to this fee. So I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Come to find out they charged this "service fee" two other times. I haven't been using them nor did I agree to these charges. I went to check my account and in the setting it says I have no active card on file, yet if I click the prescription, it shows my card. There isn't even a way to cancel the prescription that was supposed to had been canceled after the issues last year. When I originally sign up, it was a one time fee. That was supposed to be it. This company has been a nightmare! My bank is now canceling that account and sending me a new card along with filing fraud charges against this company. If you were considering using them for 'convenience' as I thought I was; don't. I want Nurx to cancel the pending $3 charge. If not, I'll file another fraud charge once it is processed. Additionally, I want my information 100% removed from their website. I do not wish to do business with such a fraudulent company!

ETA: Notice how they post the same copy/paste response to everyone rather than making a real response. That in itself shows how horrible their customer service is. Slow response time and they don't actually resolve anything.

ETA #2: I found a cache version of the website from the time I joined to prove these additional fees were not even a part of the TOS . I have screenshots and video screen recording as proof if anyone wants it.
