"When I first signed up for Nurx years…"
When I first signed up for Nurx years ago...it was great!!! The past 2-3 years though are a different story. Prices are higher. Getting a response takes longer. Confusion is off the charts. You cannot get one representative assigned to your account, so you might get a message from 4 or 5 different people about the same issue. It is not a good experience anymore. Someone quoted me $90 per pill and someone else quoted me $25 for a month supply of pills. I have pics of conversation to verify...all within weeks of each other. I went with Ro. There was no shipping fee AND no doctor fee AND a cheaper fee for rx. AND it was so easy AND I got a discount on my first order AND I didn't have to pay anything upfront.

"Not worth it"
Tretinoin for age spots is crap. It doesn’t do anything, 3 months and not even a shade lighter

"Nurx told me they canceled an order yet…"
Nurx told me they canceled an order yet charged me anyways. I have it all documented and they aren’t fixing this and I’m very upset

"Don’t bother."
The pharmacy received incorrect address information from NURX, resulting in my prescription being held at a post office across the state. Despite acknowledging their mistake, NURX is unwilling to take responsibility for the error and expects me to resolve it on my own. It's best to consider alternative options such as using your own healthcare provider or exploring the numerous other telemedicine services available.

"Charged my card $250 without my consent…"
Charged my card $250 without my consent or approval of prescribed medication. No doctor on earth, just prescribes medication without you agreeing that you can afford and/or agree with their choice of treatment. I'm really disappointed and disgusted at this money hungry company. Get it together.....

"Nurx scam to give tretinoin, for acne with online consultation"
Nurx scam: I specifically wanted tretinoin for my skin. Nurx showed me tretinoin for acne and asked me to enter my credit card number (with cvv, exp date), to upload pictures of my state ID, along with health insurance front and back, added my full name, address and phone number (send verification code even to verify) and then said they will give me - TBD (to be decided) at the end, but will still charge me $40 for consultation and additional $3 and taxes for their services. Now I am not stupid, I didn’t give them any money because their online medical consultant can just “prescribe” to use over-the-counter products after reviewing my pictures and information, and not give me any prescription tretinoin. So, instead of giving them anything, I come on trustpilot to see reviews of nurx. And I find reviews of women who were scammed (exactly what I feared will happen to me happened to people who went ahead and paid $40 and got nothing from) nurx. Since it’s against the law to refund the consultation fee, they do not refund their $40, so the false advertising of tretinoin to get their doctors free customers and their $40 scam continues. Nice try nurx; I wasn’t born yesterday. Some of us actually care enough to share notes of deceit here. I saw the review of the woman whom you previously scammed. I pulled off all of my information of credit card, photo ID, health insurance, address, phone number from your website and gave you nothing. I beat you to your game. For reference I have attached their deceit and fake tretinoin scam consultation checkout page at the end.

"Gave wrong information to my pharmacy"
They gave wrong information to my pharmacy. They couldn't get my name or phone number right. I know without a doubt that I put it in correctly. I let them know and they assured me they would take care of it, but the next month, it was still the same when I went to pick up my pills. I almost couldn't get it because of how confused the pharmacy staff were. Obviously, they don't really care about accuracy let alone the needs of their customers.

"They stop answering and disregard your questions"
They were speedy at first but the second my insurance denied a medication they’ve been taking 4+ days to respond and did not help me replace the medication with something else- go to your dermatologist instead, I just made an appointment and wish I just did that from the start
