Ordered March 4 for shipping. It is now March 13. I sent an email that was received by the parent company in Australia. I was advised the American part of the company would rectify the situation. I have not heard from them. I sent another email to Australia, who said they would contact the American part again. Still no word on resolve or refund. Very disappointed in this company.

Well, let's see. I placed my order on Feb. 27th. Still haven't received my order!!!! I've made 2 attempts (emails) to notify you of this little problem. I haven't received any response.
