I ordered CBD from Premium Jane on Mar 16, 2024. It is now March 30th, and according to their site, it has not even shipped yet.
Update 4/3/24: despite the claims from Premium Jane below, their own website shows it has not even shipped, let alone been delivered.
(can't show a link here unfortunately but search the Better Business Bureau website for Premium Jane for mine and several other complaints, including a screenshot taken today showing it has not shipped)
My review stands. Nothing has been delivered.

I don't know what to do with this company. After my last issue, with being charged for orders I never received etc. Someone contacted me and refunded both of the entire orders, which I had not requested or expected. Taken aback by their generosity, I decided to give them another chance. Maybe they're straightening it out?
Oh, how foolish of me.
7/14/2024: I place an order, and pay for overnight shipping.
7/16/2024: No order. I look at my account, and see it's still "processing" with no tracking information or anything else to suggest it has even shipped. And no email from them acknowledging the delay.
Asides from my other negative episodes with this company, this is the second time I ordered overnight shipping, only to find out days later it never shipped. And I've only ever used oivernight shipping the 2 times...both times, same problem. No order, no cumminication, not even shipped.
I feel like I'm getting whiplash. Just when they screw up another order of mine, and I'm thinking "I'm done, screw this, I'm taking my business elsewhere" someone will respond and go out of their way to make up for it. Refund orders, listen carefully to my complaint and say they'll take care of it...so I think I'll give them another chance, because they came correct in the end and I really like their products. And then the very next order is screwed up, AGAIN.
It's like they're schizophrenic. One minute really good, and then dropping the ball hard the next.
If anyone knows of a reputable company who has third party testing of their products for quality control, and doesn't screw up order after order, please let me know. I just don't think Premium Jane is ever going to sort it's mess out.

Okay, for the last 2 months I have been charged for monthly subscription items which were never sent. No email, no explanation, just "here are 3 products" when in fact there was only one, both times. When I logged into my account, I see they are on backorder.
Again, ZERO communication on this. If an item isn't available, it's their responsibility to notify customers that their order has a problem. You do NOT just charge them for it anyways and include a packing slip saying the order was in the box, and it's not there (2 months running).
This is quite frankly garbage customer service, and I tried to give them a pass over the several past issues with my orders, but this time, I've had it. if you haven't had any issues, then good for you and carry on; but for prospective customers, I'd stay away from this company. It seems to be going downhill. fast.

Shortly after writing this review, I was contacted by their customer service rep, who resolved my issues. I still don't appreciate the period of radio silence, but it turned out all right in the end. I have changed my review to 3 stars, from 1, to reflect the resolution.
Placed an order, regular shipping, email says it shipped but days later it hasn't arrived and no tracking information is available. So I figure it's delayed and order something for overnight shipping, 3 days later the overnight order hasn't arrived either (although email says it was shipped) and no tracking information available either. Over the past couple days I've been calling and emailing and no one has responded or picked up the phone. Products are pretty good, prices are okay, but customer service is terrible. Zero accountability. At this point I want my money back and I plan to take my business somewhere where they don't ignore customers.

I have used on line marijuana, thc and cbd products for @ 5 years: w/o dependability of efficacy; length of time between order and delivery; prices, variable strength in dosage/potency. I found your product to deliver an effective relief of pain, which lasted over 6 hours for initial dosing. Second dose was @ 4 hours. Will monitor my dosage and most appropriate time span between dosing to receive my optimal relief of chronic pain.
