"Worst Customer Service EVER"
I'd give Premium Jane a ZERO if there was an option. Like many of the other complaints, I have reached out to them 3 times for an update on my order. The only way to inquire is by email from their contact page and that literally goes nowhere. NO ONE responds (I guess unless you lodge a complaint through Trustpilot). I have been a long time customer and placed an order 2 weeks ago (order # PJ-203513). They're usually fairly fast in shipping but this time my order seems to be frozen in some kind of "processing" limbo. My [3] attempts to get some info on why or when it will ship also seem to be stuck in the same non-responsive loop. According to the website, the product is not on backorder. More aggravating than the endless "processing" and failure to ship the order is the complete disregard for legitimate (or any for that matter) customer inquiries. What kind of company literally ignores its customers? And particularly after they've taken your money! Well Premium Jane, there's much better companies out there. My next move is to dispute the charge with my credit card company, then file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, then take my business elsewhere. You can still make this right Premium Jane by sending me a shipping notification asap. I like your product. Your customer service is THE WORST EVER! And please don't ask me to reach back out to you through the contact page on your website. After 3 attempts, it's clear that goes nowhere.
* Addendum: The company FINALLY reached out to me. They refunded my money and then said they were sending a complimentary order and would provide a shipment tracking number. But after waiting another week, no tracking number. So I sent another email to customer support. Crickets. Then finally another response that what I had originally ordered is now out of stock. Could they send a different flavor? Yes of course, just send it already! Finally, a tracking number came my way. So I'm assuming that 3 weeks after my originally order, I may actually get the product. I will never for the life of me understand how this company does business this way. They turn what is probably a simple issue into a HUGE issue by not more quickly responding to inquiries and complaints. Most people are quite reasonable (including me) if you just provide answers and solutions in a more timely fashion.

"Premium Jane No Longer a Good CBD Company"
Premium Jane has continuously been sending products that have been sitting for well over a year (past the best by date). After reaching out multiple times to question this, the customer service manager Elizabeth, whom appears to be the company’s only customer service rep that can only be reached by email, claimed their products are good beyond a year / the listed best by date, but said she was going to send me a new fresh order of oil, which after waiting weeks ended up being the same oil that I previously received (oil that has already been sitting for over a year / past the best by date by over a year and a few months). It was the same exact batch # of the oil I had already received. After I let Elizabeth know this, I received no further response.
Premium Jane use to be a good CBD company but their quality and customer service has gone way down hill. It is not worth paying the prices they charge for their products to receive products that have been sitting for so long resulting in the expected potency not being there anymore. Also, it is difficult to reach their customer service to get any issues resolved. Nobody ever answers their phone line.

I thought this was a reputable company so I placed an order 2 weeks ago. They are happy to accept my money but not communicate? I placed 2 weeks ago and did not receive any shipment information so I have emailed the last 2 days with no reply. Disappointed…. Ok so now I decided to call and the number no longer works. I will be filing with my CC company. Edit 7/23- they did refund my money to account and still shipped me the order I placed. Although it did not go as planned they made it right.

Premium Jane was my go to, but I have not been able to get my recent order. Similar to other reviewers the order is stuck in shipping stage. After I reached out to their customer service manager she said if it did not update the next day she would send a new order. Fast forward to 5 days later and I can’t get a response. I have sent multiple emails, voicemails and Facebook messages. I can’t get them to respond. Another company had similar lack of responses before they went under, I would cation anyone from ordering from them. If something changes I will update my review.

I've been a regular Premium Jane customer and have not experienced any issues with them until now. I placed an order on May 4. The order was acknowledged but it has not yet shipped. After contacting Customer Service about this I was told that I will be notified when a shipping date is esablished. However I have no idea when that will be. I'm thinking it may be time to find another more relaible vendor.

COA unavailable on website. When putting in the batch number from the bottle still no luck. And the QR code just sends you to the home page. Emailed the company and still no answer a week later.
