DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! SAYS THEY WILL REFUND IF ANY ISSUE AND THEY DONT!! SENT ME A CAT WHERE THE O2 SENSORS WERE ON WRONG SIDE, REACHED OUT AND SENT PICTURES, THEY DENIED MY REFUND AND OFFERED ME 10 DOLLARS "FOR MY TROUBLES" THEY ARE ALSO NOT BASED IN THE USA THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA!!! BEWARE!!!!

"Untrustworthy and equally unreliable."

Over the past two weeks I've been lied to more from Suncent than I ever have in totality from all the companies I've dealt with over the last 40 years. I confirmed via telephone the cutouts I needed were in stock and that I would receive them as promised on their website, before I placed the order. A week later they hadn't even been assigned a tracking number. They lied again and said there was a mix up on the shipping address (the same address I've used with multiple other companies for years). Once again, I was promised (lied to) that it would be shipped. It wasn't. I called again and spoke with another lady that stated she would put in an order to make sure it would get processed and this would trump my existing order, another lie. She placed another one on order for me, but it sat in my account awaiting me to pay for it. While it laid in wait, they sent me an offer of 15% off if I would pay for the second order. I sent an email giving them two days to ship my order or cancel it. By the second day, it had not shipped. I called and spoke to Andres(??) and told him to cancel the order. He assured me he would and I would receive an email that it was cancelled, ANOTHER lie! Around 3 AM of the following morning, amazingly it shipped. I had already ordered from an honest/reputable company that did what they advertised. I sent another email stating I didn't authorize that shipment, it was supposed to be cancelled, and to refund me my money. I got an email back two days later stating they'd give me my money back if I'd return the part once I received it and offered to refund me 15 for my troubles. Are you kidding me?! Me believing that they would actually do what they said is lower than the rating I gave them. At least I finally received the part that I no longer need and I'm only out of less than $50. I'm certainly not going to send back the part and be out of that and my money. Lesson learned. I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING else from Suncent!

"This place is a rip off"

This place is a rip off. I ordered spacers for my truck tires, paid $64 and they sent me a $3 hose for something else. I’ve tried calling, emailing and chatting with them. No response. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, no response to them either. This place will rip you off. Don’t order from them.

"This place has packing probs"

This place has packing probs. They give you wrong or incorrect parts or in my case not all my lug nuts. Costed me more to order more lugs for my spacers

I ordered a set of headers for my truck, the box was delivered destroyed, but the parts were fine. the parts were incorrect, I've been trying to get up with customer service for about a week now with no reply, I've left 6 voicemails and sent 4 emails. this place is a damn scam!!!!!

SCAM! Don’t waste your time!!
Worst! Do not trust this company! SCAM!! Ordered a part for my car $108.00. Wrong part, tried to contact them and nothing. Nobody ever answers the phone number. Filed a BBB that the company was a scam and basically took my money. Was given their original phone number and tried it but goes straight to generic voicemail. Received one call from ✌🏻✌🏻customer service. Sent them email with pics of order. Nothing 8 weeks of trying to contact anyone with no prevail. Called my credit card company and filed a scam against suncentauto.com.

ZERO STARS! This company is straight bulls:;t. Lies and no calls. They sent me an email today. Haha 🖕🏻suncent auto. I sent them a cease any further contact with me.

"Avoid this company for led headlights if you don't want the suprise of the lights not working."

No mention of needing a difficult to mount conbus for my car. spent time putting them in and they worked worked until I found out that they turn off as soon as a started the car engine. then i contact the company for a refund and they didn't answ3er me for over two weeks. Given that I asked VISa to refund my money. I would gladly send the bulbs back if the company either refunds my money or the credit goes through.

Ordered wheel spacers for 2021 Ford explorer, website stated that the ones I ordered would fit they did not,to return you need to take pictures of product that you received from them, Once bitten twice shy. This company is another scam.

Suncent auto claims to have parts at a reasonable price, with easy returns. It does not. After I purchased headlight bulbs from them, I found them at a better price elsewhere. The bulbs they sent did not fit, which started an arduous return process. I had to send them pictures of the product, along with answering a detailed questionnaire. I did all of that, sent back the bulbs, and was not credited for the return. Numerous phone calls to customer support went unanswered. Beware - this company is shady.

"I was ripped off!"

I was ripped off!! I purchased replacement 6000k headlight bulbs for my BMW Z4 that their site said "This fits your 2003 BMW Z4" and it did not. I have only been able (after more than a dozen calls) talk to one person and I completed their return form with pics as they requested for return. It has been more than a month and a half of emails & calls and still no way of getting in touch with them for my money back. Rip off artists!!! Do not buy anything from them...pick a reputable company.No-one ever answers the phone and recording says they check their mailbox frequently that is a lie! I'd give a "0" if I could.
