overall a good experience, I ordered a DPF delete pipe on a Sunday,shipped Tuesday, arrived Thursday. decent quality for the price and well packaged aswell, customer support replied somewhat promptly after a question, overall I would recommend. can't beat some of their prices.

Don’t want to even give them 1 star. Ordered a EGR Delete kit for a 6. 4 and recieved a kit for a duramaxx, when I called to get them to send the right part , they want all these pictures and then it starts all the promises we will get that right out to you my was more expensive than the part they tried calling get lie to hung on and support says they are send you the right part as a gift, 100% scam all they do is lie. Do not buy from these people. Buyer beware.

Customer service is a joke. Ordered led bulbs and wanted to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel an order unless you speak with support. They are only available 9-5 m-f. Not once did anyone respond back to me during those hours. Instead they would wait 3 days then respond at 11 pm. At this point the package was too far into the process to cancel. They told me to just deny the package and wait until it’s returned from usps to request a refund. Judging by how the whole process went, I bet I wouldn’t see my $80 for another month. Then their support team messaged me a laughing emoji at 11:30 pm.

Bought new LED bulbs for my daughters Malibu. Received them in good time. This car is a four bulb system, so it was different then what was sent to us. Emailed them with the problem and Lucas helped me out and sent me the 2 correct high beam bulbs. Fit per fect in the car and they are very bright bulbs . Good product and service the way its supposed to be. Would do business with this company again. Thank You Lucas for all your help!!!!!
