Terrific service and dedication from the people at Blike, individually and collectively. I was able to rent out an e-bike from their ReCycle programme quickly, easily and reliably. Not to mention that, when I popped over for a test ride for which I asked for 3 bikes, they had 7 ready! Extra appreciation for their flexible service (not locking you in lengthy contracts), which enables new cyclists like myself to dip their toes into cycling in a very affordable way. Blike has got a good business going and is doing a service to London with its customer focus and accessibility.

Just picked up a bike for the school run to replace the car, fabulous service, a little bit of an odd location but they said they will soon be moving. Knowledgable and kind man who explained the bike and everything about it in great detail to make sure I knew what I was doing. I’ve used other e-bike subscription services previously but the bikes at Blike seem to be much better quality and more practical. Only thing I would change would be to get it delivered as putting big cargo style bike on the train was a pain.

I've got nothing but praise for my experience with Blike. It was super smooth and simple to get set up, and I've since enjoyed over 1000 miles cycling around London on a Cowboy e-bike. Prices are really reasonable and easy to offset by ditching public transport. The subscription service means you can try a bike for a few months and swap/cancel without the pain of buying a bike. Highly recommend.

I needed an electric bike for a very specific commute - and to transport two kids - and I wasn't sure nor could afford to take the plunge with buying myself a bike without knowing if it would be right for me. I discovered Blike, and as far as I can see, this company is the only one offering the chance to not only rent a bike, but also most helpfully, it gives you the opportunity to change your bike if you need to. The service from Blike was exemplary and highly personalised from the enquiry to the fitting, every step was with a friendly and very helpful individual. The experience of renting and using the bike was a real pleasure. It took me a while to get used to the Randwagon 4, but once I had mastered it, (and its weight!) my kids and I had the best time zipping past all the traffic. it was a game changer. My thoughts about the RandWagon are: It handles really well, it can take a lot of weight, it's fat tyres leave you feeling confident even in wintery conditions, and the accelerator handle bar is a delight to use and changes the whole experience. It doesn't do that well on hills with a two child load. And it is very long and inflexible which makes it virtually impossible to weave through the traffic. This bike is happiest sailing down wide open roads.

I recently had the pleasure of subscribing to Blike when my beloved VanMoof, decided to take an unscheduled break. Desperate for a quick solution, I stumbled upon Blike, and super glad I did!
From the get-go, the subscription process was a breeze, signing up was a quick and painless. I rented the Cowboy which arrived in pristine condition, ready to hit the road.
Customer service was another standout feature. Rebecca was responsive and helpful, addressing any queries I had promptly.
