I went for a Cowboy 4 and I'm absolutely loving it. I didn't realkse I could get on the road so quickly with such a top brand bike at an affordable price. (Cheaper than a travel card!)
I had a puncture in the middle of the day and within minutes had an email from Tim and Rebecca with instructions on what to do and where to go.
Cycling and looking after the environment and saving costs are ever more increasing as more and more people turn to cycling these guys really are at the forefront of that. To them you're not a number but a valued customer.

Really can't rate this company enough. If you're thinking about getting a bike through these guys, just go for it.
I got an Analogue Motion Black edition which while definitely one of the cheaper bikes, is still a serious bit of kit! Lower range than some of the others but still enough. Plenty of power, speed and it looks great too. And the best part of it all, it's actually saving me money. Living in London and comparing this to getting the tube is a no brainer. Cheaper, funner, usually quicker and definitely better for you!
As for the guys at Blike, they really made everything so simple and enjoyable. Great communication, super personable experience and always happy to help (Plus money wise they can't be beaten). I've not had any issues requiring support as of yet but given the contact I've already had and the other review on here I'm absolutely sure that when the day comes they'll be A+ as usual.
Getting an e-bike has genuinely revolutionised how I interact with the city and Blike made that possible, thankyou so much!

I can't recommend it enough, this is the best product if you are looking for the perfect solution for buying a bike (or flexible subscription) and also having the peace of mind that the team behind the product WILL LOOK AFTER YOU, AND THEY CARE ABOUT YOU!
I can't put enough words to endorse the product, especially the team at Blike. The most important thing above the product is the customer experience, and I can guarantee that with the team: of Steve, Tim and Rebecca (and Tom), you will get the best.
I took my time to decide which was the best bike; Tom and the team were so helpful they even Googled and reached out to companies to give me answers. When I could've done it myself. And gave me solutions I couldn't even think of.
After I decided to use their product, I asked like 15 questions, and all of them were so nicely answered the team even thanked me for the good questions.
When I made the purchase and signed the contract (where you'd expect a lot of small companies to start responding slower), the team was so good at updating me and ensuring I knew they were doing their best to expedite delivery.
Sadly my circumstance changed in the end, and I had to cancel, the team was extremely understanding, and they were so quick to help with the paperwork, and the refund was also very quick. This is true customer experience, now I will never think about any of the other rivals when I want to purchase a bike again!!!!
I'm gutted I had to cancel, and I can't wait to come back in the near future. Well done guys.

I highly recommend checking Blike out. What they do makes sense if you Iive in London, they’re affordable and always there if you need help with the bike.
I had a puncture on my bike and they were able to pick it up, fix it and return it to me within hours!!
Tim and Tom are great at what they do and the bikes they use are the best on the market.

Fantastic people and amazing company. So easy to deal with and really flexible. Before I took delivery of my bike I was able to use a courtesy bike. The bike I first got didn’t quite suit my needs after using it for just under two months. I contacted Blike to change to another bike which much more suits my needs. So glad I stumbled across Blike. Already recommending them to colleagues and friends.

Great service. Steve and Tim were super quick to respond and finalize the bike scheme with me, the bike supplier and my employer.
I was chuffed that they're partnered with Sigma Sports given it has such a good range of bikes and equipment.
