I recently had an unfortunate experience with Blike which left me extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. From the very beginning, my frustration grew as my order was mishandled and poorly addressed.
Firstly, I placed an order for a specific bike model, only to be informed three days later that they did not have it in stock. They recommended a smaller bike, claiming ‘it might be better for me anyway’. It seemed evident that they were more interested in clearing their warehouse stock than meeting my specific needs.
To exacerbate matters, another representative jumped into the email chain without fully understanding the situation, causing further confusion and delays in finding a resolution. Eventually, I was provided with a phone number to discuss the matter, but to my dismay, the phone was constantly unreachable. The replies I received through email were defensively worded, lacking the friendliness and empathy one would expect from a customer service team. Despite their occasional apologies, their tone did not convey sincerity.
While I understand that there may be reasonable explanations for each point raised, Blike’s approach to addressing my concerns fell short. A simple phone call in the beginning could have resolved the issue and avoided the unnecessary back-and-forth. It is disheartening when a company fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and communication.
Overall, my experience with Blike left a lot to be desired. The lack of transparency, mismanagement of orders, defensive responses, and unavailability via phone call make it difficult for me to recommend their services to others. I sincerely hope they address these issues and improve their customer service practices in the future.

Fantastic bike rental option, A1 customer service and product delivery. It was a great experience to hire rental bike from Blike and the bike aswell was great to ride and enjoy. Rebecca made the process smooth and easy. It Was a nice experience overall

Great experience with Blike from the online checkout experience to the pickup at their warehouse. Everyone has been really friendly and the wait was slightly less than the one advertised on the website. I recommend!

"Blike - great introduction to e bikes"
Blike are great. Lots of bikes to choose from, in a range of sizes (I am 188 cm tall with long arms - not a problem). Was able to try a couple of models to get the 'right one'. Selection process on line is easy, good communication from then to pick of bike; was offered a delivery service even though living outside of zone 3. Some might say a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and you get a lot. No problems - apart from the wait for some models

Blike has been brilliant. I have been able to afford an otherwise expensive electric bike as my commuter bike to work.
Blike kept me up to date with my order status and managed to allocate stock of a discontinued VanMoof 🙌
Tom was very helpful and gave me lots of information on the bike that otherwise I would not have known about.
