I purchased the IntraMax Liquid Vitamin Supplement. I had purchased it else where and they included a dosage schedule and explained a lot more on how to take it and when, including not taking it with other medication for at least 2 hours. But DR Vitamin didn't send any of this information with their IntraMax shipment.
