DR called allowing me to quickly clear up the confusion and explain there is no house number on my rural residence. The item I wanted was back ordered (I was informed of this PRIOR to making my purchase), but I ordered anyway. I was informed that my order would not ship until November 17th. Even though I was disappointed on the wait, all the other sites offering the same product were also on back order. I liked the foundation of this company so I chose to buy from them. After placing my order I was emailed a copy of my purchase information, then I was also emailed to let me know of the back order with an expected ship date. I was emailed again the following day explaining that even though my purchase was on back order my card was billed in order to expedite shipping when the product arrived. About a week later I was emailed informing me that my order had shipped! I was given the ship date and tracking information. I was very pleased with the level of communication through out the process and thrilled that they were able to process my order sooner than expected. All in all I would recommend them and will definitely be ordering monthly from them.

I orginally purchased this product for my 12 yo pug who was developing age related cataracts and other eye problems. I used 1 drop 3x a day for 6 momths, her checkup a week ago revealed no evidence of cataracts! I was shocked at the incredible results. I am now also using the drops for myself, for dry eyes and less than sharp vision even with glasses, so far I am improving in less than a week of use, so more to come on that.
