I don't understand all the good reviews? I ordered a viper 3 chuck pack. It was on back order. However I still don't have it, I have emailed them three times, and not got an answer. Checking online I suddenly find they are having a short break, phone calls won't be answered. Very poor and ignorant service. Don't buy anything from them.

I had a great experience with company. they are very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to obsolete Ex B&Q kit that needs a part. thanks to the mice getting in there for winter. My chip extractor needed a new filter bag for the top and also I had purchased some plastic bags for the waste to be collected
